Request Detail Page, Header Section

The header section of a request detail page contains general information such as who created the request, the time and date the request was created, and the request type. The header section is included in the request creation process and continues with the request until its resolution. Figure 3-3 shows a typical header section.

Typically, you must complete some of the fields in the header section to create a request. However, requests are highly configurable. The fields in a header section can be different for different request types.
