Disabling Users
Note: After you disable a user, the user cannot log on to PPM, and is not listed in the Search Resource result page.
Disabling a user in User Management Console
- Log on to PPM.
- From the menu bar, select Open > Administration > Open User Management Console.
- Click the user from the users list to open the View User page.
- Click the edit icon.

Do either of the following:
- Select No for the Enabled field.
- Change the value in the End Date field to a date that is equal to or earlier than the current date and later than the start date.

Click Save.
The user becomes disabled immediately.
Disabling a user in PPM Workbench

Log on to PPM.

From the menu bar, select Open > Administration > Open Workbench.
The PPM Workbench opens.

From the shortcut bar, select Sys Admin > Users.
The User Workbench window opens.
- Click List to display all users.
- Select the user you want to disable.

Click Disable.
The Question dialog box pops up for confirmation.
- Click Yes.
To disable a user, you can also change the user's end date to a date that is equal to or earlier than the current date and later than the start date.
