Opening Notification Template Workbench

To create a notification template, you use the Notification Template Workbench.

To open the Notification Template Workbench:

1. Log on to PPM.

2. From the menu bar, select Open > Administration > Open Workbench.

   The Workbench opens.

3. From the shortcut bar, select Configuration > Notification Templates.

   The Notification Template Workbench opens.
